Ramadan Operational Compliance (KSA):

Per the Saudi Labour Law, working hours for Muslim employees during the month of Ramadan are capped at 6 hours per day. Event organizers are required to produce a "Ramadan Addendum" to the site Safety Plan no later than 30 days prior to the start of the month. This plan must detail how manual handling, high-risk assembly, and outdoor physical labour are mitigated or rescheduled during fasting hours to prevent fatigue-related safety incidents.
